Saturday Outdoor Yoga at Seven Oaks (0210)

Come join us for outdoor yoga on the basketball courts by Seven Oaks Clubhouse. This session is open to all levels and beginners are welcome! Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Bring your mat and positive attitude.
If you are new to yoga or just want to give it a try let us know and we’ll make sure there is an extra mat available.
